“How much does it cost to ship a car?”The cost will be based on a couple of things; pickup and delivery locations, distance, open or enclosed, type of vehicle and vehicle’s operating condition. To get the exact cost of your vehicle transport, we recommend speaking to our transport specialists with the specifics about your transport.

“Can I place items in my vehicle?”The Department of Transportation prohibits the transport of household goods (personal belongings) in vehicles being transported. Personal items are not insured by the carrier’s insurance. An auto carrier can be fined and your items can be confiscated during routine inspections.

“How long does it take to ship a vehicle?”The actual transit time for our auto transport services depends on several factors. These include traffic, road construction, weather, seasonality, detours, and driver’s hours. On average, you can expect it to take 1-2 days for distances under 200 miles. It can take up to 9 days for distances over 2,000 miles. Rest assured, our car shipping advisors do everything they can to ensure your car is shipped efficiently, quickly, and with no delays.

“How far in advance should I book?”To better meet your pickup and delivery requirements, we suggest you schedule your vehicle transport a week in advance. If you are in need of expedite auto transport we have those services available.

“Do you guarantee pick up/delivery date?”No – Although we are very accurate with our pickup/delivery dates, we do request a 3-4 day window for most common metropolitan areas and a 5-6 day window for uncommon areas.

“Do you guarantee pickup/delivery time?”No – Although we are very accurate with our pickup/delivery times, ETA’s are just approximates and serve the customer as a general guide to the status of their vehicle.

“Can I track my vehicle for status update?”Yes – You can contact us via phone or email to request a vehicle status. Just provide us with your order number or vehicle type and pickup/delivery locations. You can also track your vehicle shipping status online via your booking link provided at booking.

“Does the size of my vehicle matter?”Yes – The size of your vehicle determines if an oversize vehicle transport service is needed. Larger vehicles occupy the same amount of space used by two standard mid-size cars.

“Can I transport an inoperable vehicle?”Yes – We can transport non-running vehicles. Although your vehicle is inoperable, it must still roll, steer and break properly. Make sure you communicate to our transport specialist that your car is non-operational.

“Is my vehicle insured during transport?Yes – Your vehicle is fully insured against negligent damage caused by the carrier, or carrier equipment failure during transport.

“What should I do if there’s any damage to my vehicle?”If your vehicle is damaged during an auto transport, all damage should be noted on your bill of lading. Obtain the driver’s signature acknowledging the damage and contact us immediately via phone before signing any paperwork.

“Do I have to be present for pickup/delivery?”Yes and No – At pick-up and delivery you or someone assigned by you must be present to inspect the condition of the vehicle and sign the bill of lading.

“What are your forms of payment?”We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover as a form of payment for deposits only. The remaining balance is due to the carrier upon delivery and must be paid in the form of cash, zelle, or certified funds made payable to the delivering carrier.

“Is my deposit refundable?”Yes, your deposit is refundable if your order is cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Please note that your shipping deposit is not due until carrier assignment has occurred. We do not charge any upfront booking deposits. If your order is cancelled within the 24 hour pickup window, you deposit is non-refundable.

“Are there any hidden charges?”No – All costs of transporting your vehicle are included in our quote. Your quote includes pickup, delivery, insurance, taxes and tolls.
